Late check-out or early check-in must be indicated in the application form confirmed by the booking department. In case of early check-in before 9:00 and late check-out after 18:00, the guest pays an additional 100% of the cost of accommodation for one night. In case of early check–in (9:00 – 12:00) and late check-out (12:00 - 18:00), it pays an additional 50% of the cost of accommodation for one night, charges additional tourist expenses not specified in the voucher or in the application from the client directly. Penalties for canceling applications: during the season up to 30 days without penalties; up to 10 days – 30%; up to 2 days – 75% before the arrival of tourists of the amount of services ordered, during the off–season up to 20 days without penalties; up to 10 days - 30%; up to 2 days – 75 % before the arrival of tourists of the amount of services ordered. In case of non-arrival and non-notification, penalties amount to the full cost of the ordered services. |
